Make a fun drink for the kids this St. Patrick’s Day…we call it leprechaun hot cocoa! (a green hot chocolate drink)

Gather Your Lucky Charms (Ingredients): 3 cups of milk, ½ cup of heavy cream, ¼ cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of white chocolate chips, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla, green gel food coloring, whipped cream, and St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles!

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and white chocolate chips. Heat it all up over medium heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is steamy. Remove it from the heat and stir in that vanilla and green gel food coloring. Add a few drops of green at a time until you reach your desired shade of emerald green! Pour your lucky brew into your favorite mugs and top it off with a dollop of whipped cream and some festive St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles. It’s the perfect treat to celebrate the luck of the Irish!
