- 1 cup Strawberries diced

- Blend on high until fluffy.
- Add sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Roll out crescent rolls.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top of each crescent roll.
