- How do I store my white hot chocolate?
- This white hot chocolate, once it is at room temperature, can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Do not wait longer than two hours to store. It is best reheated on the stove, but a microwave is fine to use. The white chocolate and spices are going to separate, so you will need to stir it back in when serving it.
- Can I use white chocolate chips instead of white chocolate bars?
- The wax in white chocolate chips is useful to help them keep their shape, but will cause more separation when melted in a hot drink. It is doable to use chocolate chips, but chocolate bars that are meant for baking will work better.

- This white hot chocolate is quite sweet and delicious all by itself. But, if you want to make it more festive, feel free to add peppermint, candy canes, marshmallows, whipped cream, or white chocolate shavings.
