Place ham on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fold up sides of the foil, to make a bowl-like shape around the ham. Gently separate slices of spiral ham. Pour glaze over ham.
Using a toothpick, add pineapples to the top of the ham and securely wrap foil around ham. Place ham on a trivet inside the pressure cooker. If you are using a sling, add it now.
Put your Instant Pot on High for 2 minutes per pound.  Allow to release naturally for at least 10 minutes and then you can do a quick release. By allowing the ham to rest after the cooking process, this will allow for a more moist ham!
