So easy and would make a fabulous platter at a party. If you have kids, make sure you cut them in half to avoid choking hazards.

Caramel Grapes

Ingredients

  • Green seedless grapes washed and dried completely
  • 11 oz. bag of caramels
  • 1 c graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ c nut topping

Instructions

  • Poke toothpicks through the grapes.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the caramels in :30 second increments until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip a grape into the caramel and then into the graham cracker crumbs or peanuts if you choose to use them.
  • Set on the parchment paper to harden, about 20 minutes.
  • Repeat until you’ve used all the caramel.

Notes

Note: If kidsare going to be enjoying these, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the melted caramel to thin out. This allows the caramel to not be as chewy. Also, cut them in half first to be safe!
