You can also use vodka 140 proof or higher instead of the
isopropyl alcohol. Another version is adding a small amount of vinegar to the rubbing alcohol.

DIY Disinfecting Spray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rubbing Alcohol Isopropyl alcohol must be 70%-91%
  • Essential Oils
  • Spray Bottle

Instructions

  • Pour the rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle.
  • Add 30 drops of essential oils (tea tree, lemon, lavender, and eucalytus all have natural disinfecting properties!)
  • Shake it up!
  • Spray on a surface then wipe clean with a paper towel or rag.

Notes

If you want to make a whole spray bottle full of disinfecting spray just pour the rubbing alcohol where you want and add essential oils as needed to make a better smell.
