Eggnog Pie

Course Dessert
Prep Time 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours
Total Time 4 hours 10 minutes
Servings 8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of eggnog
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 3.4-oz package of vanilla instant pudding
  • teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 4 ounces of cool whip
  • 1 premade graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  • Whip the eggnog, milk, vanilla pudding and nutmeg together in a large bowl for about 2 minutes or until it has thickened significantly.
  • Fold in the cool whip then pour the mix into the graham cracker crust.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice and serve with a light sprinkling of nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Storing: This eggnog pie can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
