How to Make a Blue Mimosa

Make this delicious and beautiful frosted drink for the holidays/winter time! Make sure to also try our blended Jack frost cocktail, too!

What ingredients do I need to make this mimosa?
- Ice
- Pineapple juice
- Coco real
- Blue curacao
- Prosecco
- Sweetened shredded coconut


Jack Frost Mimosa

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- ½ ounce coco real
- ½ ounce blue curacao
- 3 ounces prosecco
- Extra coco real for rimming the glass
- Sweetened shredded coconut for the rim
Instructions
- To rim the glass, add a shallow layer of coco real to a plate. Add a layer of coconut to another plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the coco real, and then into the coconut.
- Put ice, pineapple juice, coco real, and blue curacao into a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly and set aside.
- Pour, strained into a glass.
- Add 3 ounces of prosecco to the glass.
- Enjoy!
