- Pretzel Crisps thin pretzels
- 1 cup Butter 2 sticks
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- On a cookie sheet, lay out a piece of parchment paper to cover the whole thing.
- Place the pretzels face up in rows.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar. Keep stirring until combined. Bring to a boil.
- Allow it to boil for 3-5 minutes until the color turns to a rich caramel color and starts to foam.
- Pour over the pretzels and use a spatula to spread it out evenly. (Work fast as it hardens quickly!)
- Put it in the oven for 4-5 minutes until it's brown and bubbling.
- Take out of the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the whole thing. Let sit and melt for 4 minutes.
- Using a spatula, spread out the chocolate in an even layer then add the sprinkles on top.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes until set and hardened.
- Using a knife cut it into small squares (or break with hands).
- Enjoy!
