How to Make Rocky Road Fudge
Make this delicious rocky road fudge for any event! Everyone loves them. Please note of peanut allergies, though!
Rocky Road Fudge
Servings 20 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup peanuts
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a 9×10 inch pan, line it with parchment paper, lightly greasing it. Make sure the edges go up over the sides for an easy way to lift out later.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir.
- Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Repeat until all melted and smooth.
- Add the marshmallows and peanuts and stir. Keep in mind that really hot chocolate can melt marshmallows. It will still taste good, but there will be more marshmallow swirls.
- Pour into the lined pan.
- Let cool and firm up for about 2 hours at room temperature or an hour in the fridge.
- Lift the parchment paper out of the pan, then cut into pieces.
