Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of instant coffee
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp hot water
- Milk of choice we used 1%
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Whisk together instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until peaks are formed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and top with milk of choice.
- Put one or two scoops of the whipped coffee mixture on top of your milk of choice.
- Serve and Enjoy
Notes
I like to stir my dalgona coffee with a cinnamon stick to add an extra kick of flavor, try it!
