Caramel Apple Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 green apple (diced)
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
- ½ cup of oil
- ½ cup of flour
Instructions
- Cut up apple in small pieces.
- Mix cake mix, apples, eggs, caramel, flour and oil together to form a thick dough.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
- Drizzle with extra caramel on top (optional)
