Easy Chipotle Mayonnaise Recipe
Chipotle Mayo is a delightful condiment, great for a plethora of uses. Slightly spicy, with loads of flavor, it pairs well with sandwiches, as a dipping sauce, and more! Easy and quick.
Chipotle Mayo
Servings 6.5 oz
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Real Mayo
- 2 Teaspoons Adobo Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ Teaspoon Chili Powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Store in the fridge, in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.
Notes
● For the adobo sauce, I simply scoop the sauce out of the can with a spoon. You can also blend some of the adobo peppers with the sauce until smooth or close to it, and use that as well.
● You can use miracle whip if desired, but it will taste sweeter and a little different in general.
● You can use lemon juice in place of the lime juice, if desired.
● You can add more salt to suit your preferences.
● I do not suggest freezing this as the texture seems to change.
