Creamy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dill
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ Red onion optional
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers.
- Cut them into thin slices and put into a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the sour cream, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, and garlic together until combined.
- Pour over the cucumber slices and mix until all coated.
- Put in the fridge 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
