How to Make Them:

  1. Set the stage: Lay out your Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet or parchment paper.
  2. Spread the love: On half of the crackers, spread peanut butter. On the other half, spread marshmallow fluff.
  3. Sandwich time: Press one peanut butter cracker and one fluff cracker together to make little sandwiches.
  4. Chill out: Pop your tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour — this helps them firm up for dipping.
  5. Dip it good: Melt your chocolate or almond bark according to package directions. Dip each sandwich until it’s fully coated.
  6. Set and chill: Place the dipped cookies back on parchment paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

Tips & Fun Variations

  • Try half-dipping for a cute look (and less mess).
  • Mix up the flavors — use dark chocolate, white chocolate, or even butterscotch coating.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a fancy touch.
