Ham and Pickle Roll Ups

My most favorite appetizer to eat are pickle roll ups! You can make them with any kind of ham or turkey if you don’t have it. The crunch from the pickle combined with the creamy cheese and salty ham is just perfection! Make sure to try our tortilla pickle and ham pinwheel version too!

Simply just spread the cream cheese onto the slice of deli meat. Let it come to room temperature before you spread if you’re using a block of cream cheese!

Ham and Pickle Roll Ups

Course Appetizer
Servings 25 rolls

Ingredients

  • 5 slices of deli ham I used honey ham
  • 3-5 oz cream cheese whipped cream cheese is easier to spread
  • 5 big dill pickles (or 10 baby size)

Instructions

  • Lay out a slice of ham then use a paper towel to get all the moisture out.
  • Spread the cream cheese all over the ham. Get the pickle juice off the pickle with the paper towel. Stick a pickle on the end of the ham slice and roll it. Put them on a plate.
  • Stick in the fridge for 10-15 minutes then take them out and cut them.
  • Plate and enjoy!

Notes

If you have a block of cream cheese, let it come to room temperature before trying to spread it or it’ll rip your ham!
