Ingredients:
  1. 1 Potato
  2. Vegetable Oil
  3. Pepper
  4. Onion Powder
  5. Garlic Powder
  6. Salt
  7. Parsley
  8. 2 slices of Bread
  9. 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  10. Chives
  11. 3 slices of Cooked Bacon
  12. Nonstick Cooking Spray
  13. Sour Cream (for dipping)
Step by Step:
  1.  Start by cleaning and slicing your potato into roughly ¼ inch slices.
  2. Fill the bottom of your skillet with oil, about ½ inch deep, and heat up.

  4. Let them cook for about 2 -3 minutes (until golden) and flip.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the opposite side of potatoes.
  6. Once both sides of potatoes are golden brown, place them on a plate.
