These little “acorn” treats take just minutes to make, no baking required, and they look like you spent way more time on them than you actually did. Perfect for fall parties, Thanksgiving trays, or just a cozy Saturday afternoon treat with a cup of coffee.

Acorn Cookies

Ingredients

  • 24 Mini nilla wafer cookies
  • 24 Reeses peanut butter chips you can also use milk chocolate chips
  • 24 Hersheys kisses
  • 1 cup Milk or white Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Lay the nilla wafers upside down on a piece of parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and put in a Ziploc bag. Cut the corner, then pipe a dot in the middle of the cookie. Press a hershey kiss on top. Let harden.
  • Pipe a dot of chocolate on top of the cookie and press a peanut butter chip. Let harden in fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!!
