Caramel Apple Cookies

Ingredients

• ▢ 1 box vanilla cake mix
• ▢ 2 eggs
• ▢ 1 green apple (diced)
• ▢ 1 tbsp caramel sauce
• ▢ ½ cup of oil
• ▢ ½ cup of flour

Instructions

• Cut up apple in small pieces.
• Mix cake mix, apples, eggs, caramel, flour and oil together to form a thick dough.
• Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined sheet.
• Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes.
• Drizzle with extra caramel on top (optional)
