Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls Recipe

Make some delicious sausage balls for an appetizer, with a twist! Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix! These are great flavor with a punch of heat. Make sure to try our other version of Bisquick sausage balls, too!

Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls
Servings 26 balls
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese 8oz room temperature
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Hot Pork Sausage 16oz
- Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix 11.36oz box + seasoning packet included
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- Ranch optional for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the sausage, cheese, and biscuit mix in a mixing bowl. I used the hook attachment on my kitchenaid mixer.
- Use a large cookie scoop and make balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
