Gum Drop Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
- 24 ounces white chocolate chips
- 20 ounces mini marshmallows
- 2 cups dot candy cut in half
Instructions
- Using parchment paper, line a 9 x 9 baking pan.
- Melt the butter, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips using a double boiler.
- Stir the mixture gradually until it is smooth and completely melted.
- Take off the heat and stir in the chopped dots.
- Transfer the blend into the baking dish. Add a couple of dots to the top.
- Overnight, let it cool and come to room temperature.
- Cut into small square pieces after it has set. Keep in a food storage container that is airtight.
