2 Ingredient Lemon Angel Food Cake Bars

Try this simple 2 ingredient angel food cake with a lemon flavor. It’s so easy and everyone loves it! It is a bit more dense than regular cake. Make sure to try our pineapple angel food cake recipe, too!

What ingredients do I need?
Just the angel food cake box mix and a can of lemon filling! That’s it!


Lemon Angel Food Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box 16 oz Angel Food Cake mix (I used Duncan hines)
- 1 can 21 oz. lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Lightly oil a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the angel food cake mix with the lemon pie filling. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-24 minutes. Until the top is golden and the edges are set. The toothpick will come out clean when inserted in the middle
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or fresh whipped cream.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days on the counter or up to 1 week in the fridge.
