No Bake S’mores Bars Recipe

This no-bake s’mores bars recipe is a quick and easy dessert that captures the classic flavors of campfire s’mores without any baking required! You will not have any leftovers if you bring them to a party!
What ingredients do I need?
Salted butter, mini marshmallows, Golden Grahams Cereal, graham crackers, Hershey bars, and chocolate and peanut butter chips.

Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter chips divided
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips divided
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 16- ounce bag mini marshmallows divided
- 4 cups Golden Grahams Cereal divided
- 2 cups graham crackers broken (3 sheets)
- 3 Hershey bars 1 cup, broken, divided
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chips in a bowl so they are mixed together.
- To a pot over medium heat add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted add the mini marshmallows. Keep one cup of marshmallows off to the side.
- Fold in the marshmallows until they are melted. Mix continually with a wooden spoon.
- Remove the pot from the heat.
- Add 3 ½ cups of cereal and 1 ½ cups of graham crackers to the pot. Mix until coated.
- Add the remainder of the marshmallows, ¾ cup of the Hershey pieces, and ¼ cup of each of the chips to the bowl. Mix until incorporated.
- Transfer to the baking dish.
- Top with the remainder of the marshmallows, Golden Grahams, Graham crackers, Hershey’s pieces, and peanut butter and milk chocolate chips.
- Gently press down.
- Allow the bars to cool by placing them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Remove the smores bars and cut them into squares.
Notes
- You can dip the knife in water before cutting which will prevent them from sticking.
- If you want more chocolate you can add ½ cup of chocolate chips when mixing in and ½ cup on top.
- You can keep the leftovers at room temperature for up to 5 days.
