S’mores Bars

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter chips divided
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips divided
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 16- ounce bag mini marshmallows divided
  • 4 cups Golden Grahams Cereal divided
  • 2 cups graham crackers broken (3 sheets)
  • 3 Hershey bars 1 cup, broken, divided

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chips in a bowl so they are mixed together.
  • To a pot over medium heat add the butter.
  • Once the butter has melted add the mini marshmallows. Keep one cup of marshmallows off to the side.
  • Fold in the marshmallows until they are melted. Mix continually with a wooden spoon.
  • Remove the pot from the heat.
  • Add 3 ½ cups of cereal and 1 ½ cups of graham crackers to the pot. Mix until coated.
  • Add the remainder of the marshmallows, ¾ cup of the Hershey pieces, and ¼ cup of each of the chips to the bowl. Mix until incorporated.
  • Transfer to the baking dish.
  • Top with the remainder of the marshmallows, Golden Grahams, Graham crackers, Hershey’s pieces, and peanut butter and milk chocolate chips.
  • Gently press down.
  • Allow the bars to cool by placing them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the smores bars and cut them into squares.

Notes

  • You can dip the knife in water before cutting which will prevent them from sticking.
  • If you want more chocolate you can add ½ cup of chocolate chips when mixing in and ½ cup on top.
  • You can keep the leftovers at room temperature for up to 5 days.
