Salami Cream Cheese Onion Roll Ups
If you need a delicious pretty appetizer, try these salami cream cheese cracker bites! They are addicting and are easy to prep ahead of time! Make sure to try our salami banana pepper roll ups and pickle roll ups too!
You will need four ingredients to make these roll ups: cream cheese, salami, green onions, and ritz crackers.
I like to use saran wrap because it helps roll them up better!
Salami Cream Cheese Cracker Bites
Servings 2 rolls
Ingredients
- 24 Salami slices
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 block Cream cheese
- 6 Green onions
Instructions
- Put a piece of saran wrap down. Layer 12 slices of salami in a square.
- Spread cream cheese to the edges of the salami.
- Lay half the green onions across.
- Roll it up using the saran wrap to help keep it tight. Twist the ends. Repeat to make the 2nd roll.
- Put in fridge for 1-2 hours then slice with a knife. You can make them thin or thick.
- Put on top of crackers before serving. Don't do it before or the crackers will get soggy!
Notes
You can add more rows of salami to make more layers inside!
