Spinach Artichoke Baguette Bites

Course Appetizer
Servings 50 slices

Ingredients

  • 2 Baguettes 11oz each
  • 1 block Cream cheese 8oz room temperature
  • 1 can or jar of Artichoke hearts 14-15oz drained and chopped
  • ½ tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Frozen spinach thawed
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together; cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, garlic, cheese in a bowl. Stir until all combined.
  • Cut the baguette into ½ inch slices and lay on baking sheet.
  • Spread a spoonful of spinach artichoke dip on each slice.
  • Repeat on the second baguette.
  • Bake for 4-6 minutes until slightly browned one at a time.
  • Broil on high for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve!
