Spinach Artichoke Baguette Bites

It turns out so crisp on the outside and nice and soft in the middle! Love it!
Spinach Artichoke Baguette Bites
Servings 50 slices
Ingredients
- 2 Baguettes 11oz each
- 1 block Cream cheese 8oz room temperature
- 1 can or jar of Artichoke hearts 14-15oz drained and chopped
- ½ tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 cup Frozen spinach thawed
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together; cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, garlic, cheese in a bowl. Stir until all combined.
- Cut the baguette into ½ inch slices and lay on baking sheet.
- Spread a spoonful of spinach artichoke dip on each slice.
- Repeat on the second baguette.
- Bake for 4-6 minutes until slightly browned one at a time.
- Broil on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve!
