The web is a beautiful place. I came across Laura Clark over on Periscope a few months back. I fell in love with her personality, her love for clean eating and her energy coming through the phone was refreshing and something that I had been missing watching other ‘scopers. When I see a good thing I offer my help to see them succeed in any way possible.

I quickly tweeted to Laura and even got caught up that night via email. Come to find out we live less than 30 minutes from one another and hope to meet up with her in person when I’m able to walk again. Until then, I couldn’t wait to introduce you to her! Without further ado…here’s LAURA sharing her Steel Cut Oatmeal Recipe with ya’ll!
