Easy Tater Tot Appetizer Idea

Tips:
- Gather all your ingredients at once and prepare pans ahead of time. Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature unless mentioned not to.
- Use the end of a small rolling pin, tart pin or small glass to press the tots against the bottom and sides of the muffin cup.
- Feel free to add more of each toppings or your own toppings.
Tater Tot Cups

Ingredients
- 16 oz. bag of tater tots
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese grated
- 1 / 2 cup sour cream
- 4-5 slices of bacon cooked and diced
- 2 green onion sliced in full
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prep a muffin pan with pan spray.
- Add 5 tater tots to each muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and use a small rolling pin end or cup small enough to fit into the muffin pan to press the tater tots into the muffin cup to form a cup. Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add about a tablespoon of cheese to each tater tot cup. Bake for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and tots are golden brown.
- Transfer tots to a wire rack or platter. Top with bacon, sour cream and green onions. Enjoy!
