These toffee caramel apple pretzel bites are AMAZING! The perfect salty to sweet ratio with a crunch from the toffee bits! Your friends and family will gobble them up. Do note that these should not be made a day ahead of time, they should be made within 1-3 hours of you serving them as the apples can “sweat” and detach from the chocolate. Make sure to also try our other version of caramel apple pretzel bites and caramel apple bark, too!

Toffee Caramel Apple Bites
Servings 44
Ingredients
- 44 Chocolate Rolos I bought family size bag
- 44 Snaps Pretzels 1 bag
- Heath Toffee bits
- 1-2 Green Apples
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- On a cookie sheet, lay out the pretzels in rows. (I recommend doing them in 2-3 batches to make it easier)
- Unwrap all rolo candies and place one on each pretzel.
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Cut the apple into bite size pieces then stick a toothpick through it. Set aside.
- Bake the pretzels for 3-4 minutes.
- Quickly stick the apples on top of the rolos and sprinkle toffee bits. You may need to push some toffee pieces into the melted chocolate to stick.
- Stick in fridge for 20-30 minutes then push the toothpicks all the way through the bottom of the pretzels. Serve!
Notes
Note these should be made the day of 1-3 hours before you serve or the apples will start to “sweat.”
If you don’t want the apples to turn brown, you can soak them in lemon juice or sprite then completely dry them off before putting them on the rolos.
