  • Ricotta Cheese
  • cherry tomatoes
  • basil
  • salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese

VARIATIONS TO TOMATO AND BASIL PASTA SALAD

  • Feel free to add in other veggies that you love.
  • If you want to add in some protein, a little tuna or ham added in is delicious!

HOW TO MAKE TOMATO AND BASIL PASTA SALAD

Boil water and cook to directions on your noodles box.

In a large bowl mix the cherry tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. The salt helps let the tomatoes to sweat a bit.

Drain noodles.

Add noodles to your tomato mixture and stir.

While noodles are still warm add the Ricotta cheese and mix. Ensure that all the noodles are coated with the Ricotta Cheese.

Ingredients

  • ½ Box Rotini Noodles
  • ½-3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tsp basil basil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Boil water and cook to directions on your noodles box.
  • In a large bowl mix the cherry tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. The salt helps let the tomatoes to sweat a bit.
  • Drain noodles.
  • Add noodles to your tomato mixture and stir.
  • While noodles are still warm add the Ricotta cheese and mix. Ensure that all the noodles are coated with the Ricotta Cheese.
