Why this recipe works:

  • The combination of juicy beef and butter brings out a savory taste and smell that everyone (even carb-lovers!) will enjoy.
  • The recipe is simple to execute and easy to master and just the thing for families of all sizes.
  • It’s a filling meal without the unnecessary carbs, making it fun and healthy for the whole family.
  • The special butter-stuffing technique keeps the burgers crazy tender and makes it easy to get those keto fat bombs in.

How to make the best butter keto burger:

  • Score the hamburger mixture in a cross to easily portion out your burgers and keep them consistent. Form patties from there.
  • Make sure your butter is slightly softened so it’s easy to work into the patty. However, you don’t want it to be too soft, since it needs to retain its own shape within the patty. Slightly softened is best!
  • Keep all that delish butter inside by making sure no butter is showing after stuffing.

How to enjoy this butter keto burger recipe:

  • Serve the burgers on a bed of greens with your favorite veggies or with your go-to salad. You can do this plated or buffet style!
  • Get messy at the table by eating the burger wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. That’ll surely bring more fun into the dining room and possibly less dishes and cutlery into the kitchen sink. Awesome!
  • You wanna know what’s messier? Try slicing the burger in the middle, or have two patties, and put in your favorite cheese and greens. It’s all good, messy fun that can be had at home or on picnics!
  • Missing the authentic burger feel without the buns? Serve these savory patties between almond flour buns and your favorite fixins! It’s the same burger you love ‒ without the nasty carbs!
  • Do you and your family love “stuffed” meals? Why not stuff the patties with mushrooms, cheese and veggies like spinach? That would definitely add more surprise to this already delicious burger.
  • Everybody loves bacon! Why not roll the beef into balls and wrap them in strips of bacon? You’ll be making the best beef-bacon bombs your whole family will surely enjoy! This option will allow you to make them for a fun twist on burgers for packed lunches for school and work. How cool is that?!
