Peanut Butter Cup Thin Ritz Cookies
Servings 16
Ingredients
- 16 Peanut butter cup thins (I used two small bags of them)
- 32 Ritz crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- On a cookie sheet, lay the ritz crackers in rows facing down.
- Place a peanut butter cup thin on top of each one.
- Bake for 45 seconds to a minute. Top with ritz crackers.
- Place in fridge for 30-60 minutes to cool. Enjoy!
