We love smores. We have made them a lot of different ways over the years. Smores Dip and Classic Oven Baked Smores. The kids wanted a twist on smores and we decided to make it in a banana.

Variations to Stuffed Banana Baked Smores
I love when I can change a recipe, to add new flavors but still be the same recipe. Here are some ideas how to change this recipe up.
- Add Ice Cream: Once the Banana Boat Smore is done in the oven, top it with ice cream.
- Flavored Marshmallow
- Flavored Chips: Change the semi chocolate chips for a different flavored chip.
- Graham Crackers: Top the whole thing with crushed graham crackers.
Ingredients in Baked Smores
- Bananas
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Marshmallows (Mini Marshmallows work too)
How to Make Stuffed Banana Baked Smores
On a large baking sheet, line it with aluminum foil.
Place bananas on top of the aluminum foil.
With a sharp knife, cut the banana peel and open it up.
Place chocolate chips and marshmallows on top of bananas towards the peel.
Fold with aluminum foil over on the top and the sides, ensure it’s completely closed.
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or on the coals of a campfire and cook until chocolate chips and marshmallows have melted.
Remove from oven or fire and carefully open up the aluminum foil!

TIP: Turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes to get the marshmallows light brown. Watch to make sure it doesn’t burn!
