Breakfast Keto Taco Cups

Ingredients:
  1. 6 Green Onions (diced)
  2. 1 Red Pepper (diced)
  3. 1 Orange Pepper (diced)
  4. ½ lb. of Spicy Turkey Sausage
  5. 6 Eggs (beaten)
  6. ½ cup of Milk
  7. Taco Blend Shredded Cheese
  8. Salsa (for dipping)
Step by Step:
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a muffin tin really well.

  5. In a mixing bowl mix, your beaten eggs and milk until well combined.
  6. You can add a teaspoon or two of taco seasoning if you want to spice things up!
