We love ice cream cake. I hate when I have to spend $25 for a cake that is only big enough for each of us to have a piece. When I make ice cream sandwich cake, it costs under $10 and there are usually leftovers.

- Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Cool Whip
- Hot Fudge
- Chocolate Chip Cookies
How to Make Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Recipe
In a Loaf Pan, place an even layer of Ice Cream Sandwiches. For my pan, I did two sandwiches side by side and cut 1 in half to fill the gaps.
Place an even layer of cool whip on top of Ice Cream Sandwiches.
Drizzle Hot Fudge over the top.
Add another layer of Ice Cream Sandwiches, cool whip, and hot fudge.
Crush Chocolate Chip cookies over the top.
Freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.

- 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies Crushed
