{Online} Christmas Cookie Exchange

PinOne of my favorite things about the Holidays is baking cookies. We typically have the same line up every year:

• Homemade Buckeyes {ours friends & family look forward to these!}
• Chocolate Chip Cookies {a second favorite}
• Thumbprint Cookies
• Thin Mint Cookies
• Magic Bars
• White Chocolate Pretzel Bark
• A Real Christmas Cookie Recipe
• Sugar Cookies {the girls decorate}
• Hershey Kiss Pretzels

This year I’m sorta sad at the fact that I may not be able to be in the kitchen as much as I would like. With my foot surgery taking place on November 18 I’ve got to remain elevated as much as possible for at least 6 weeks. So while I may be able to bake a pan or two at a time, there’s no standing in the kitchen for two days straight like I typically would.

I *HOPE* I have a good day and can at least get the dough made and have the Hubby or my Mom bake them up. I give a few of the above treats in a nice cookie tin I get from the Dollar Tree as gifts and my friends and family REALLY look forward to them every year. Homemade treats are a inexpensive gift to give that is fun to make with the entire family. If you need other Gift Ideas I’ve got a ton of great gift suggestions for the foodie and hard to buy for!
