Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing
Ingredients
2 – 2 ½ pounds chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 box of chicken flavored stuffing
1 small bag of frozen green beans (10oz bag) – You can use any bag of frozen vegetables you wish
½ teaspoon cumin
sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium-sized bowl, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and cumin. Mix well with a whisk.
2. To your slow cooker, add in a layer of chicken breast. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
3. Add a layer of stuffing on top of the chicken. Then smother with the sauce from your bowl. Finally, add on the layer of green beans on top. Cook on low for 7 – 7 ½ hours or 3 ½ hours on high.
