Turn off the Saute setting, and pour in the Broth, red wine, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Stir ingredients all together, scraping the bottom of the pot, to de-glaze the pot, getting that browned caramelized flavor into the soup. instant Pot soup ingredients inside an Instant PotPin

Put the lid on the Instant Pot until it beeps and locks. Make sure the Valve is set to ‘Sealing’, and press the ‘SOUP’ setting. Let the Instant Pot automatically build and release the pressure. When the Soup is finished, the Pot will beep and go to KEEP WARM setting. Make sure the pressure Valve is down, and turn valve to venting, and open the lid to the Pot. Stir soup to make sure all ingredients are well blended.
